Delivery time was set for 7:34 I finally got it at 9pm. Was put on hold for an extended time, they said my order was out for delivery 30min ago but I live 5 min from the store. When I got my food my wings were sitting in oil. I’m not eating this and they are refusing me a refund.

Update... Well, it's been 6 months or so since my review below, and it seems nothing has changed. This time, I ordered the 5 topping special and selected extra pepperoni and extra cupped pepperoni with toppings on top of ALL the cheese. Yep, you can see history repeating itself. See pic. The pizza should have been covered in pepperoni, but no, there's nowhere near that amount, and the cheese is again spread over the pepperoni in an attempt to hide the toppings. It's a simple request. This place need to be shut down. Order my pizza at 3:50 p.m today. It took over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I called corporate 2 times before I got my order. Once it got delivered it looked a hot mess. Just shut them down fire everybody ill never order from here agian

It was a very simple order. "Tavern" style pizza with pepperoni, extra marinara sauce and 1/2 caramelized onions. My husband arrived to pickup 15 minutes after order was placed. Got home and no extra marinara or onions, though I paid for such. So I called the store and was put on hold and ultimately told to "wait while I transfer you to someone who can help you" and then hung up on. It's like, dude! You're at the store, so why can't you help me?? I don't have time to call all kinds of help lines. I didn't receive what I paid for. So make it right in some way! I'm not going here again. Fool me
