Unfortunately, the employee taking food orders came across as unfriendly and not very welcoming during the interaction. Additionally, by 8:45 a.m., most of the prime bagel options — including plain bagels — were already unavailable, which was disappointing. It also appeared that some staff members were more focused on talking with friends than assisting customers, which impacted the overall customer service experience. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it can help improve both service and product availability moving forward.

I’m a loyal Panera customer. I come nearly everyday for chicken noodle soup. I work night shift, and I find it really annoying you don’t have the option to get soup in the morning. Your breakfast is low quality in my opinion, and it’s extremely frustrating after a long day of working nights not being able to get my meal until 10 or 11 am. It’s just not right when soup is what you’re known for. This breakfast stuff makes no sense. Also, they are getting better when I tell them, but I’ve had multiple experiences where I just get broth and don’t get actual soup with noodles and everything in it.

This Panera is a poor one. The manager is always sprawled out at a table near the door like it’s her office and she frequently has loud conversations with employees. On multiple occasions we’ve heard her either berating an employee or talking badly about one employee to another. It’s extremely unprofessional and the staff follow their leader. There are some that are ok and some that are super rude. After multiple visits here, we’re finally fed enough to leave a bad review. When my husband asked for his cup so he could get his drink, the server said no, I have no record of your drink order. H
