People who got there after I had already showed up to pick up my mobile order, ordered their food and got it before I was able to get my mobile pick up. I asked if somebody was going to make my coffee because I had a mobile pick up and I was told to get in the extremely long line even though there’s nowhere that says that and I had already been waiting. No one asked if I was there to pick anything up. Never have I ever had to wait in a line after picking up a mobile order anywhere. Went to this drive thru this morning and was a bit rushed when placing my order. Friendly staff and polite at the window. Atrocious matcha latte as per the photo, the latte was not filled and looked like someone made a medium and placed it in a large cup.

The women at the drive-thru had dirt under their nails. It felt very unhygienic and honestly disgusting. I won’t be returning.
