9/26/25 Pizza hit pizza food is fine. It’s the service that is bad. They over charge for extra marinara and only fill the cup half way. Thats literally 2 dips of marinara. The online deal said 10 cheese sticks for $7. I got 5 cheese sticks. When I called the store I was told “it’s not supposed to say that.” So I was overcharged for 5 cheese sticks, overpaid for the half cup of marinara sauce. I was told “there’s nothing we can do about it and my manager is too busy” look how small those marinara cups are.

I ordered my pizza online and showed up a couple minutes after the time stated on the website, which I know is an estimate. However, I was told that my order was in the queue and would be done shortly. 30 minutes later, I finally receive my pizza, lukewarm (I had to heat it up when I got home, which I live only about 7 minutes away). The breadsticks weren't cut and lukewarm as well. The only part of my meal that was still hot was cinnamon sticks which is apparently why I was waiting so long. Went to Pizza Hut tonight and waited over an hour for 2 medium pizzas. I understand they were probably very busy doing delivery orders, but there was only my family and two others dining in and we all had to wait forever for our food. I also noticed that all the employees making the pizzas were not wearing any gloves and just using their bare hands on everything. Will not be coming back here ever again.

This is possibly one of the worst pizza huts in America and the bar is very very low. The workers are unhelpful and unapologetic for their mess ups, they are slow, inaccurate. Genuinely a terrible experience provided but low quality wastes. These people do not deserve a tip. They should have to pay customers to deal with them. I cannot stress how bad this place is and caution anyone wanting something to eat to look else where
