If I could give zero stars I would. They were “out” of white rice, shredded cheese, and beans. We asked how long until the white rice would be ready so we could wait for it to be done all the girl said was “idk I’m not the cook.” Then when she told me she was out of cheese I asked “like completely?” And she said well “I’ll have to go get more” proceeds to cook my steak cheese quesadilla just with little to no cheese. It tasted horrible. She was completely rude, unprofessional, and lazy. Also when dealing with other peoples food maybe pull your hair back so greasy hair isn’t dangling over custo

I have been there two times already. Both times they have run out of items and it did not look like those items were going to be replaced or made. Very inconvenient to run out of simple items like lettuce and vegetables. I walked out the 2nd time. These bowls are too expensive for them to not be made to the customers liking.

Guy sweeping with short hair told us at 9:30 that they closed early due to short staff… no one was there and they were cleaning to close.. we went there for quick food but obviously the staff runs it not management

I never leave reviews. Ever! But i felt i had to this time. After a 10 hour drive I was so excited to go to Qdoba! We ordered our food (they were out of al lot and the meat looked crusty). When we got to the cash register the child at the register said that I owed $79 for 4 bowls. When we asked about the price, without giving us a receipt, he said. "Whats the problem? Its right!" And walked away. I was so frustrated! We just left because I was blown away. When I got back to my hotel to eat, I realized how much I was over charged. $20.
