I stopped here for lunch the other day because I wanted to feel like I make responsible adult decisions. You know, “I’ll have a sandwich and a coffee.” Real productive member of society stuff. Walk in and it’s immediately clear: the human experience is over. There’s one employee at the counter who looks like they drew the short straw, and everyone else is hunched over those self-order kiosks like we’re filing our taxes. I’m just trying to get a turkey sandwich, not enlist in the Navy. The kitchen sounded like a high school cafeteria during a food fight. Just yelling, clanging, chaos. I half

Unfortunately, my experience at this Panera Bread was disappointing. The customer service was not welcoming at all. When I asked about the menu, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, as if my questions were a bother. I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup to go, but when I received my order, the soup was missing from the bag. Thankfully, I decided to check before leaving and realized they hadn’t packed it at all. This kind of carelessness and lack of attention to customers doesn’t make me want to return. The food might be decent, but the service really needs improvement.

Wow how Panera has fallen off! I’ve been buying Panera for probably 20 years!? Maybe more. This location and the old orchard one screwed up 3 of my orders this week. Customer service was kind enough to put $20 on my account (which doesn’t work btw) and I bought again today. The first order was supposed to be a tuna sandwich…they put two tomato soups in it and nothing else. Then I bought dinner later today and it’s the wrong sandwich and a stale cookie. Between this store and Skokie store seems like they are just hiring idiots. I guess I’m done with Panera. Deleting the app.

It's very dirty inside, there's trash underfoot, the tables aren't wiped down. This is the dirtiest Panera I've ever been to.
