The manager taking my payment was very nice but got up to the 2nd window and the lady's there were carrying on their own conversation and laughing. The food was handed out window to me with no greeting and then had to wait on my drinks and never said hello, have a nice day or anything.

Ordered in app and it had been made immediately instead of being prepared when we got close. The drink was wrong, the food was not only cold but also wrong. They did fix the order when we went back but we're rude and basically threw the food at us. Whatever. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Why do they have the chips ahoy frappe on the app if they don’t serve it anymore? Bad customer service too. I’m convinced the order taker and the people that hand out the food don’t communicate with each other. Unapologetic and rude. Time and date was 7:18 am and 12/29/2025.

We have to give credit where credit is due! I left a very bad review for the location on Ward Blvd yesterday. That was after numerous bad visits and yesterday’s disrespect won’t allow me to return there! However, this location on Tarboro Street has always been top-notch. Just today we received our food Fast, Hot, and the cashier was extremely nice. Thank you, Tarboro Street!! We will continue to return to this location!!
