I kinda haven’t reviewed in a while but, I just had to come here to do one. The customer service in this location is exceptional, our drive thru person was just the most kindest, respectful and professional that I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter. We came in at about 1:00 today, fyi, ordered a berry citrus drink and 5 chicken tenders. The way she handed out food with so much care was greatly appreciated. You made my day! I visit this Sonic 2-3 times a week and usually the food is good as is the service (despite seeing a rat running along the wall and into a service box going into the store – but they did add a rat trap). On 3/19/2026 (6:04am) I ordered my usual, paid for it and then waited, and waited and waited. The person working the window never came back (though I did see her briefly, she looked at me then quickly went to the back). After 20 minutes I rolled back through the drive thru and nothing from the speaker box. I finally had to leave to go to work. I left with NO food and NO drink that I paid for

The hotdogs are the reason I come to sonic they are so much better then the 711 ones. The ice cream is on another level as well all the flavors you can imagine. The fries and chilli are ridiculously delicious, you can't go wrong. It's ok to eat whatever you want once in a while and this would be your first stop !!
