I stood in their really hot store for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. It was like 5:30 pm and there was nobody else in line. 4 separate workers saw me, I made it obvious I wanted to place an order, all the workers seemed to be working on anything but taking my order like that was not their job. I just left.

The store is really hot, didn't have my pizzas ready even though it said ready on the app when we ordered. Even left for sodas and came back and still had to wait for remake bc they messed up the stuffed crust. Food was good though, just extremely slow service for fresh pizza.

This place is literally the worst place to go if you’re wanting pizza. The workers take their sweet time doing LITERALLY anything. I asked if they had any “hot and ready pizza” while sitting at the window, they said it was going to be a 30 minute wait with an attitude! DO NOT GO HERE!

It is ridiculously hot in this location. I feel really badly for their staffing. It is not safe for them. Plus the ovens don't make it any better. Corporate or management needs to fix this ASAP. Summer temperatures are here. Thank you to the kind employee whom helped me with my order. I had to stand outside in 89° weather vs inside it was that bad.
