The donuts and the kolaches were amazing. However the workers always look like they don't want to be there and seems like an inconvenience to them whenever someone does show up. They need to learn customer service skills for sure.

I’m not sure why this location is at a 4.2…. The past two times I went there the kolaches were great but the donuts are disgusting. they’re cold and I went at 9 am so didn’t think they’d be so cold… definitely tasted like day old donuts

It’s very frustrating going to Shipley’s and not getting warm fresh donuts. I go at 5am They sell me donuts from the day before.. I go at 7/8am in the morning still no hot fresh donuts.

i ordered from Too Good To Go and was pleasantly surprised that i received a dozen donuts for 5.99. i thought I was just going to get 3 or 4 donuts. i’ve eaten two so far and they’re delicious. as she was filling the box, i asked her to make sure there weren’t any with cinnamon. i appreciate her being accommodating.
