Hey Gibs, is this the kind of quality you provide to your customers? Visited Saturday and this was how you prepared my bagel. To top it off you ask for tips on this quality of product? Sad I spent my money on something like this.

The food tastes good, but I have gone multiple times before 10am and they are consistently out of the garlic bagels by then. I really enjoy going here but I will probably stop coming if it continues happening. There's no reason I see that this couldn't be fixed but it hasn't been and it's extremely disappointing everytime I go

My partner works in Windsor. We decided to try it out this morning. Im still sitting here. Its that good. The nyc lox bagel is probably by far the best ive had in my life. And the honey lavender latte reminds me of back home it made me cry. Will be coming back.
