BurgerFi has always been one of those spots I genuinely enjoy but don’t always find myself near. That’s what makes this location inside Plant Street Market such a great find. Tucked into all the hustle and bustle, it almost feels like a hidden option among the noise. And interestingly, the pricing here feels more reasonable than some other locations, which makes it an even easier choice. Now, full transparency... First time here and, I’m not sure about it. The food was good but, the experience felt short. Sides were great, onions rings were huge and meaty, sweet potatoes and fries were nice but, no sauce or anything else was offered. My fault, perhaps but, I felt like something was missing. Worst part, I ordered the CEO WAGYU BURGER but what I got looked like a McDonald's. I get it, marketing for burgers is a magic number, and yes, the ingredients and flavors were nicer but, I’m still wondering if I actually got what I ordered.

Eliza is a gem and I LOVE the Jr CEO burger specifically. Their fries are always perfectly cooked and I wanna snag their seasoning jar because it is sooooooo good. I’ve have had their food both in-restaurant and via delivery services and it always is delish. Eat here, it’s worth it!

If I could this place 0 stars I would. We came in 30 min after the store opened, stood at the register as multiple staff members walk right by me on their phones and doing other task. Not one hello or be right with you or can I take your order. They were too busy messing around couldn’t care less. Finally once my food was ready I was cold and the meat looked terrible it was chewy. Will not be going back to this location again even though we live downtown the service is always terrible no matter if the store is empty or packed
