*Had to update - not sure if they have a new pizza maker - but the Chicago Style Deep dish has gone down in quality the last 2 times I’ve ordered it - it’s been half the thickness it normally is and it’s been dry and burnt - not the saucer/cheeseyfluffy golden crunch I’ve been used to.” Just posted a review for the Oyster Bar next door (who also owns and operates this pizza place. Unbelievable pizza - whether you like NY or Chicago style. You can tell people take pride in their work. Garlic knots are also fantastic. Definitely check it out and get some oysters next door too!

Walking in, it smells fantastic and I was greeted with authentic friendliness. She walked me through the numerous options for a slice. Hard to decide but got a veggie and a pepperoni to-go. A few minutes in the oven and I was on my way. Their crust is perfection! No grease on top, just cheesy deliciousness and fresh toppings.

We give the pizza 5/10. The pizza had the right amount of sauce and cheese. The pizza was missing the oil that should drip off the slice when you fold it to bite into it. The dough was also too thick for my taste. We had the garlic Parmesan wings, they were seasoned perfectly. The nice thing is that they are open till 11 pm and they have plenty of seating. The atmosphere and music was great. If you’re looking for a late night snack, sure but if you’re looking for NY style pizza, I would pass.

For 💣 pizza, head to downtown Winter Haven at Upper Crust Pizza! I ordered a large cheese pizza and garlic knot for pick up. Once I got there I added a slice of 🐝 Bee’s Knees 🍕 and a slice of white pizza with sauted onion & spinach! 🤤 I can’t wait to go back and try other pizzas and sandwiches.
