Cava is an excellent option for Mediterranean food. They have delicious bowls. It is a chipotle style selection of base, sauce, proteins and toppings. I love the overall flavor combination, and the portions are very decently sized. I would recommend the lamb meatballs, though you have to cut them up to make sure there is enough to balance out the bowl. It has a contemporary setting, and is a very good spot for casual fast food, whether you would like to sit down or take to go. CAVA never disappoints! The ingredients are always fresh and the flavors are incredible. I love how customizable everything is—you can build a bowl exactly how you want it and it always turns out amazing. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the whole place feels welcoming. Easily one of our go-to spots after my friends and I go rock climbing. It’s fast but still healthy and delicious. Highly recommend.
