The female manager this morning needs to be fired. Went through the drive thru and clearly asked for cream cheese on my bagels. Received my bagels no cream cheese. The whole concept of a drive thru is for people to eat while driving not having to put their own cream cheese on a bagel while driving down a highway. I Proceeded to go inside and ask for a refund. Instead the female manager insulted me with saying i needed a shower and that i was a racist for telling her If your people can’t understand basic instructions then maybe they shouldn’t be in a position where they have to follow instructi

I came to this location looking to place an order, I was told the person who greeted me that his name is Muhammad and he was quite abrupt and tried to race my order. I started to place my order when he tried to rush me and force me to pay before we even finished ordering. A couple walked in and I told him listen let’s make sure we get this order correct then I will pay; he told me I have other customers in a rude manor. I let him know that I will not be ordering anymore and he told me go ahead go complain. I can’t speak for the rest of that staff because they had a lot of people who worked
