Chose the wrong store in my app so we got an impromptu tour of the west side of Woodland. Reminded me a lot of Pamona. The food was above average for a Taco Bell. The two burritos we each got were filled just right and the ingredients were fresh. Bonus, they have a separate drive thru entrance for mobile orders. Helped us get ahead of about four cars.

I wish there was a negative star option. I’m pretty patient but the service is so awful. It is 1.) mind boggling slow 2.) no double checking or order confirmation and nothing on the screen, leading to confusion at the window and ultimately to me getting the incorrect order 3.) when I tried to go inside to rectify this, I was told I would have to return to the 10+ cars drive-thru. Mind you, this was before 11pm on a Friday and the lobby was closed 4.) the drive thru situation is weird. nobody seems to understand mobile order vs drive thru lines and when to properly merge. Always forget stuff this time they didn’t put the fries and their phone always unplugged. They don’t want to pick up the phone.

Recieving wrong orders is starting to become a habit in this location in the drive thru, please address this issue because i dont want to go home and find someone elses order in my bag and have to go all the way back to correct it.
