It’s a White Castle, can’t expect much. Plenty of parking. It was very clean inside. The manager on duty was very kind. He told me to sign up on the app so that we can get the points. I got the 10 cheese sliders for like $7.99. We also got a crispy chicken and one of those nibblers. Food was hot when we received it. We didn’t have to wait that long. Food was good and fresh. Chicken was crispy and moist. Cheese sliders were tasty.

We stopped to eat here from out of town randomly and truly had the best experience! We received a very friendly greeting on the way in. The bathrooms were super clean. The counter service was excellent and she even made certain we got fresh fries! The whole team deserves a round of applause!

Order some chicken sandwiches with cheese and pickle, cheeseburgers with extra pickle & fry’s. I didn’t realize that everything was cold. The fry,s I think had sitting for a while because they were ice cold. The chicken & cheese were also cold. Called the store & talked to the store manager. He apologized for the inconvenience & cold food. He said that the next time I was around the store to come in and the order would be reply. A week later I was in the area. I went in & explained the issue that I had to the manager. The food was replaced incorrectly. I checked the fry’s & they were cold. I t

Hats off to the very overworked crew at White Castle in Downers Grove tonight! The food was yummy (fresh/hot) and was definitely worth the wait. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they serve smoothies. I ordered the strawberry lemonade smoothie and it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had!
