After reading the reviews, my wife and I were looking forward to visiting Bliss 46 Bistro on date night. Our server was lovely. She was very attentive and super friendly. But the food was only ok. We started with a couple of glasses of wine (how does a French spot not have a Côtes du Rhône by the glass?). We were then served nice warm rolls but with individual butter packets (as if we were at a breakfast buffet). I expect high quality butter at a French restaurant. We then had the mussels. A true hidden gem in Sunnyside. My family decided to come here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, and we were immediately surprised by the affordability and portions of the lunch special. Normally you'd expect smaller portions, naturally as it comes with an appetizer, entree, and dessert - but not here. They even came with freshly baked bread for the table too. Everything was really light, not too oily, but very hearty and delicious. To be honest it was way over my caloric intake for the day, but it was so worth it. Would recommend to anyone in the Sunnyside or Woodside area.

Went for a spontaneous, chill date night! Definitely a great option if you want something nice without having to travel far. We got the steak and salmon, which were both cooked to perfection and packed with flavor! And I highly recommend topping off your meal with a few glasses of their punchy sangria!
