This is the filthiest restaurant fast food I’ve been in a very long time. Just wow! First indication was no ice. Okay big deal. Right? But wait there’s more! The coke machine is absolute filth. That made me notice the empty coke box in the floor empty, the random open cardboard containers haphazardly strewn around, the unkempt look of the employees with no hair nets (okay I’m old maybe). Friendly enough yes, but this is bad. It needs cleaned up, ice or not.

5:30pm, 4/12/26: Man… 4 employees and not one so much as greeted me or made eye contact, even while taking my order. The guy with the neck beard who took my order was the most miserable customer service employee I’ve ever encountered. I felt like I was bothering him by being there. The black guy was eating behind the line while he made my food. Place was a mess, but the people were the real downer. Seriously, fire those two of you want your business represented well in anyway. I’ll never come back just because of how awful they were. Do better.

Tiny pickle they must be slicing them with a knife to save money or to lazy to get a real pickle. The size of my pinky. And I got a large hero Review update ( a month later) today I still had a small pickle with my extra long sandwich. I got a large combo with chips and brownie. Nice workers but the stock is small and I will no longer give my money to this company. I get the same sandwich (hero sandwich)
