Dont order via the app or online. Ordered some food. went to pick up. no jalepeno bites available on pick up. cashier said they couldnt refund it. asked for a manager. manager came out and tried to refund it. He couldnt. suggested I try using their online customer service. what a joke. no refunds. only “coupons”. “jessica” was pleasant but said she couldnt help me. When I finally got my food open at home they missed all the condiments and the lettuce was brown. so in summary if you order online and its messed up the staff in the store will no help (not fully their fault). I 💕 Love Burger King croissant breakfast sandwiches. My breakfast was very good & I got 4 more to go. We don't have a Burger King in Orrville so I got enough for 2 more mornings for us. 😋

Always a good stop. Ashley was very friendly, and though we got pulled - our food was super fresh and all correct, even with all of the altercations. Always had been one of the best fast food places in Holmes County. I live in Lakeville, and will drive the half hour just to get BK. 🙃
