Hadn't been here since before they implemented the AI system. Which honestly was probably one of the best ones I've come across so far so kudos to that, but dear god, however their system works is not great, I think they gave part of my order to someone else as I went thru the drive thru the girl working couldn't find my order so I had to tell them again at the window. Didn't get all of what I ordered but still got plenty of items and a discount for the inconvenience. I would try it again but maybe just a mobile order next time

Pulled up to order just before 6pm and some AI bot took our order. It was incredibly slow, took more than 10 minutes just to get our order right. Then we get to the window and there's no one there. Could see a long chain of printed out orders still hanging from the printer down to the floor. Likely taken by the AI that did not know they were closed. I would say I'm shocked but the previous two times we stopped by the same thing, closed, no one there, in the middle of a weekday.

Ordered online and had an insanely long wait for pickup with only 2 cars ahead of us in line. After waiting 30 minutes in line we hoped everything would be hot and fresh but our burgers and mozzarella sticks were cold and not very good, but the fries were hot and delicious. I felt like we were experiencing time dilation as we watched the staff members working inside move in slow motion. If they are truly using time manipulation technology at this location they should start using it for keeping the food fresh and not for slowing down the pickup line.

I stopped by Checkers and while the food itself was actually pretty good, the experience getting it was beyond frustrating. I ordered and paid online ahead of time, which is supposed to make things quicker. I even got the text saying my order was likely ready. But when I got there, I ended up sitting in the drive-thru line for almost 20 minutes waiting for food that was supposedly already prepared. There was a car in the mobile order lane in front of me. I shut my car off. That right there should tell you all you need to know about the speed on online ordering from this Checkers. For a place
