No straws after being told they were in the bag, so unable to enjoy my drinks cold (or my frozen coke at ALL) then I had to repeat everything in my order because they didn’t know what I had.. and the kpop demon meal was missing the character card (what I ordered it for). The box itself for the meal was not set up properly and my almost spilled through the base ( had to carry it all weird on my way home).

So over these McDonald's telling me my order is ready when it hasn't even BEEN STARTED. All these restaurants have been doing this to protect their service times when we all know they are not fast anymore. McDonald's corporate REALLY NEEDS TO STOP THIS PRACTICE. They print off all the orders and then take their time with take out and counter. Because Drive thru is always more important. As it's harder to fake those numbers.

Everyday i go for lunch at work and they take forever all time almost make me late go back work barely people work they on phone and today blonde lady just kept doing other stuff me n my brother walked out were good

I am beginning to think it is a McDonald's thing. No matter which one you go to or even the time anymore and it takes forever to make it through the drive through even if you are in a short line.
