Went for dinner. Got their 2 for $25 deal - 1 appetizer, 2 entrees from a select list. Ordered the onion rings for the appetizer. They were big and delicious. Ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger and half rack of ribs, both with fries. The fries were too salty and flimsy. Needed to be cooked more. The bartender was our server. I know she was busy but we had to ask for eating utensils and napkins. Did not get any plates for the appetizer. The manager did stop by our table and asked how our meals were. We utilized the carry out services for our visit. All website advertisements and physical in-person signs indicate that you pull up to the building and someone will be out to see you. I waited for fifteen minutes past the expected time to pick my food up. I finally decided to call the store. The lady that answered was very short with me and rudely said that most people just call the store instead of waiting. I told her that it might help to update the signs and she said nothing. I spoke up next and asked when my food would be ready and she said "well I guess I'll go check to see if it's done".
