Went through the drive through, got home, and found a hair in my hamburger and food was cold. Honestly, this isnt the 1st time the food was cold, not even the 2nd. Its sad how downhill this location has gotten now. Some of the service members are very nice and attentive, but some of the ones in the back seem very careless.

I come here frequently bc there’s no other Wendy’s around. They play with your food, I found an egg shell or something crunchy in the eggs biscuits in the morning, the attitude from majority of people there. They food service is the slowest in the area. I ain’t say u gotta smile but like I don’t enjoy my experience here.

Ordered via mobile app. Employees at the drive-through were friendly, and I thought this was going to be a better experience than recent trips, but….Then it went downhill. My sandwich was ordered with no mustard and had mustard on it. When we took it inside for a remake, the cook argued aggressively that it was made correctly, even though the receipt said no mustard, and there was mustard on it. Then he threw it down aggressively in the trashcan yelling about having to remake it. Like it’s coming out of his paycheck and it’s a big ask to just get what we ordered. Dyson vacuums claim their vacuums have over 100 watts of sucking power. If they utilized half of the amount of sucking at customer service as this Wendy's has now they would corner a monopoly on the vacuum world. We went in to dine in and walking up to the register we waiting to be serviced watching folks behind us go straight to the self service. We finally snagged an employee to find out if we should order there or at the register to be told "you can order at the register but it will probably take awhile." Before the employee promptly went back to doing I guess some drive thru order. That
