While the food was fine, the wait was 1.5 hours last time I went. Everybody else had a long wait, too. And they messed up my order (left off the garlic crust that I paid extra for). On top of that, they didn't cut the cheesy bread the way they are supposed to. Some would chalk it up to a one time incident, but this has happened every time for the last few years and I can't think of a single time they got my (simple) order right. They are tragically understaffed and reliably slow. This is unacceptable. I will actively be telling people to avoid this location. 0/10

To be concise: I cannot recommend ordering from here until thing change. it takes too long for food to be ready. It was never this bad before. It happened to me 2 times already. The first time, it took over an hour for my 2 pizzas to be ready. Today, it's been over 3 hours and it still says it's not ready at the time of this typing this. Someone told me it's most likely because I decided to pay cash at the store and thus they don't prioritize my order at all. It shouldn't matter tho. If I set up my order online for a specific time, it should be done around, or a little after that time. Not 1

This is hands down the worst Little Caesars location in California. I waited two entire hours for ONE pizza — and when I finally got it, it was completely burnt. Absolutely ridiculous. The workers here are incredibly disrespectful and clearly don’t care about customers at all. The store itself is disgusting — there were dead roaches along the walls, which tells you everything you need to know about the cleanliness and management of this place. Please, let this location close or get new management. Every. Single. Time. Something has to go wrong at this location in particular. Today was the last straw, they were all out of shredded cheese and had to use their stuffed crust cheese in place. Would've been nice if they had been notifying customers that this issue was present. However, even when I arrive to pick up my pizza, not a single word of this issue is mentioned. Not until I get home and see this abysmal excuse for a pizza. The effort at this location always sets the bar low and somehow it keeps getting lower. Never again.
