I was in Saturday evening around 10:30ish. As always the store was clean and well stocked but what caught my eye was how incredibly professional and patient the cashier was. I believe her name was Tammie ( might have spelled the name wrong). The people in front of me who were having some problems with a card they were using and it was taking quite some time as they were having to have items taken off to process their payment and even then the card wasn't going through. This checker not once gave off a vibe of how frustrating the situation was as she handled it with the only term i can think of

It’s almost impressive how a store can have one line open, no available help, and a staff that acts like you’re the problem. Conversations between employees clearly take priority over customers. Long lines, bad attitudes, zero service. Skip it—Stater Bros. is cheaper and actually functions like a grocery store.

One of the worst Vons I have ever set foot in. Rude and dismissive staff and nothing is ever clean. But the main concern has to be the service deli, they leave all of their window items out and uncovered over night, none of the hot food items like rotisserie chickens are time stamped to know when they were prepared or will go bad. Just absolutely disgusting 🤮

This place is nice and clean. The only compliment I have is they don't have enough cashiers. The lines are always long even in the self check.
