I had a really great experience at Qdoba and wanted to highlight the excellent customer service we received. The manager, Ophelia, was extremely kind, patient, and helpful while assisting us with our order. She made the whole process smooth and welcoming, which really stood out. I ordered from DoorDash and I took a couple bites and didn’t taste any chicken so I cut it open and went through half the burrito and only found maybe a tablespoon of chicken. They tried to be slick on the portions because I wasn’t in store to watch them make it. Don’t order online. I also tried to reach out to the manager and told him my issue, I still have the burrito and pictures and was told he couldn’t do nothing about it. As a manager your suppose to make things right, when your team is wrong. Very unprofessional, I will take my money elsewhere.

We were the only ones in line. Absolutely no greeting from anyone. The kid taking orders said NOTHING to us. Just looked at us. No have a good evening after paying nothing. Skimped on the ground beef and quac too. We were highly disappointed and will not return to this store again.
