So my son and I went through the drive through at Schlotzskys they hardly wrapped up our original deluxe Schloltzsky sandwiches. We had to put it back together ourselves. The Strawberry lemonade is amazing their Broccoli cheese soup is good like always. Just wish my sandwich wouldn't have been all over the place.

I went to this location for lunch today 4/20/26. I went through the drive through and ordered an original medium combo but substituted the chips for a loaded baked potato soup. The total was $18.69. Once I got to my destination i realized they forgot the soup in the bag. I did not have time to go back. I have tried to call twice but no answer, there is no other contact method on their website, that's the reason for the review. I would really just like to get this corrected. If I cannot get ahold of anyone this week then I will just contest the charge with my credit card company. The food I did

Most good sandwich places have average bread and good toppings. This place does both really well; the bread feels and tastes high quality.

I went here a week ago and the food was terrible. I’m not sure what has changed, but my sandwich bread was very dry, overly toasted and inedible. Worst sandwich ever. Completely different from the last time I was at this Schlotzsky’s a number of months ago, and something I’ve never experienced at any other of the chain’s restaurants. Also, the workers at the restaurant were yelling and cursing at each other in the kitchen at a volume level that was easily audible in the dining area. Not a pleasant experience. I won’t be back.
