shoutout to monse :D (and the morning dunkin team) i had a mess up on my order a couple days ago and when i let her know about it she said she would fix it for me / she re-made my order and she even memorized it off the top of her head. it was super hectic and busy in there so i appreciated the fact that she still put care into my order and issue and was able to fix it for me!

$30 bucks for the assiest of assiest donuts. How is one of your main selling items almost always out of stock?? I mean half of what you had tasted like it was made yesterday and the other half tasted like a sweet omelet

I had a great customer experience , Xander and AJ did a great job showing that this younger generation is in good hands customer service wise. They were in the middle of brewing a fresh pot of tea and I caught them mid brew. They asked if I could wait in front. No problem. The wait was going on longer than anticipated Xander mentioned so he brought out a complimentary donut and hash brown as a thank you for waiting. I appreciated it. These guys give good service.
