Dear RocoMamas, do you take any pride in your work because the food I ordered for takeaway just looks like it was too much effort for you to prepare and on top of this your waiter gave me 2 instead of one I paid for both because of her error and then I come home to the attached pictures which is so dissapointing. I love your burgers usually, but this experience just shows me that you do not value or respect your customers. I am highly disappointed, especially even after tipping our waitress. Oh and to top this off its not even the burger I wanted. Thanks.

Good place and great food customer care is pretty good, only problem is for someone coming for the first time you will suffer as they place is not clear as to what a customer is supposed to do, take away is worst because it does not clearly state where you supposed to make the order from and say lucky you ask and they give you directions next you will face the waiting it takes what feels like forever to be attended to and only one person is taking orders as well as giving the completed orders which makes the whole process super slow and frustrating and while all this is happening you are just standing and waiting as a client. While I was there I witnessed four clients leave the place to go and order elsewhere due to the amount of delay. I don't know if it's the workers that have a problem or it's the management for not hiring enough workers around.

Firstly, the staff hanging around outside and coming for you like it's a scramble for customers raised my anxiety. I ordered to eat from the restaurant but got served takeaway style. The presentation on my table looks like I ordered street food. Also, I was informed that the food would be ready in 10 minutes, it took 21 minutes instead. Since I was starving, I decided to just dig in. My K170 burger had little pickles but kudos for swapping out the bacon for an egg because I don't eat pork (I'm glad my request was granted). The fries were spot on and just right, keep making them that good. In regards to the serving/presentation on my table, manager and another member of staff noticed what was wrong with my table and came to consult but it was too late. So far, I'm disappointed and wish that my first time experience here would be good. I travelled all the way from our of town. When it comes to visiting Rocomamas again, I highly doubt it, maybe when I'm stranded.

Lol, I was too hungry to take pics of the hamburger 🍔 but it was absolutely delicious! The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. The cheese was melted just right, and the fresh lettuce and tomato added a nice crunch. The sesame seed bun was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together nicely. Overall, it was a mouthwatering experience that left me wanting more.and The Smoothie was so refreshing and the best I have ever had so far 😋 I highly recommend it 😊 😄

Tried out again RocoMamas Zambia this time in kitwe. On arrival, the waitress greeted friendly and showed me to my table. I ordered for starters, the Feta Bombs and Coco Cola. They have different qty options, and since i never tried them, i ordered the 3 bombs (which i actually regret because they are dam nice. Crispy outside and warm, juicy cheesy inside with the perfect seasoning. The side sauce is okay. Perhaps adding a little bit of fresh parsley will give it that extra nice taste, I preferred eating the bombs alone. Next, I ordered their current special Trippy Hermano Burger. Dam, it was a big, juicy, saucy, soft, fresh homemade bun with nachos with a kick of chili. Perfectly well seasoned smashed patty. The sauce mixed with mince was defined. The whole combination was excellent. If I had a big stomach, I would have ordered x 2 of each product, I even eating it slow, not finish it too quickly.
