“Great food and ambiance. They have a number of outlets but I prefer this one though the service was quite slow. Other than that the place is chilled, with a great atmosphere.”
“Great atmosphere. The ambience is chilled and serene. The abundance of green...in leaves, plants and trees is so therapeutic. You'll always leave refreshed. The food and service are great as well.”
“Had some lovely butternut and the space has been improved/received a facelift. No alcohol is served but the drink menu has some summer drinks and juices. Great service and apparently you can order an emergency cake with 24 hour notice.”

Eleni Moraiti★★★★★A Beautiful Café with True "Meraki"! I absolutely loved this place. The name couldn't be more appropriate—Meraki truly lives up to its meaning by putting heart and passion into everything they do. The café is beautifully designed, bright, stylish, and incredibly relaxing. With its comfortable seating, natural light, greenery, and modern décor, it is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee, read a book, work on your laptop, or simply unwind. The coffee was excellent, professionally prepared, and the fresh juice was delicious and refreshing. The pastries and light snacks were equally enjoyable, all served with great attention to detail. The staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole experience even more pleasant. As a university lecturer visiting Lusaka from Greece, I couldn't help but smile when I saw a café called Meraki. It was wonderful to find a place carrying such a meaningful Greek word while delivering exactly what it represents—care, creativity, and genuine hospital
Phoebe Vitubisgho Nyirenda★★★★★Great food and ambiance. They have a number of outlets but I prefer this one though the service was quite slow. Other than that the place is chilled, with a great atmosphere.
Diana Sakala★★★★Not so different from their other two branches but I will say this one is a little slower when it comes to service. I noticed that right off the bat, there were a lot of their staff just standing even as people came and went. It took five minutes(plus) for them to leave their standing post to attend to myself and others. I understand it might be busy and they might be tired too but the service of any eating establishment either makes or breaks it. If it could be worked on, that would be appreciated. I loved their atmosphere, the place is green and so clean, I found it relaxing. They played soft music during the afternoon it changed as time went on but still quiet enough. Lucky for me, it started raining for hours on this same day and I was tempted to get two cups of coffee(dangerous but worth it!). I ordered a creamy chicken pasta, which was my safest bet. By looking at it, I did not get excited and thought it would taste as plain as ever but they proved me wrong and it was definitel
Sampa Namwawa★★The cakes were lovely, great space. There was hardly anyone there but our two cake slices and hot chocolate took forever to come, our waiter kept bringing our order one by one, she kept forgetting 🤦 we weren't asked what hot chocolate size we wanted, the waiter quickly dashed away and just brought us large cups without our prior.
Edward OLADELE★★★★★Great atmosphere. The ambience is chilled and serene. The abundance of green...in leaves, plants and trees is so therapeutic. You'll always leave refreshed. The food and service are great as well.
Yimale Kumwenda (Yimzy Motif)★★★Now a full on cafe and doesn't serve alcohol anymore. The service was very good. Nice and airy outdoor seating set up. The remodelling and decorating done was really good. Its beautifully set up and furniture is cute. The food was ok and well portioned. The serve breakfast all day which I love. The steak in the "The Big One" breakfast meal was tough and the didn't have butters for the toast. I recommend the chicken schnitzel, very tasty and crunchy.

Salmaan Saleem★★★★★Visited Meraki for the first time. Just had coffee and a smoothie. Coffee was good. Loved the outdoor seating area with lots of plants and green around. They have great range of dishes in there menu. Haven’t tried the food yet however, I’m sure it’s good. Will come back for breakfast/brunch soon. Also the service was quite friendly. Thank you.
