They are one of the best but if only they could do deliveries too. Imagine you are in transit on a bus and you need a sharwama nobody can deliver it to you when it's very near the station... so far I can't really say they're the best country wide no... cause there are so many sharwama points across the country nd the ones I have tasted within Lusaka are also nice 👌 it's just the matter of good marketing nowadays especially with restaurants and other food outlets.

The food was amazing but the customer service and the environment wasn't really impressive. Firstly the tables weren't cleaned and you still see the remains of the previous person who ate from the table. Secondly the customer service wasn't impressive, had to call out for someone to get our order even though they could see us waiting. Otherwise the food itself was really tastefully, just improve on the customer service and cleaners.

Went there early in the morning around 8 & the place was open, but the lady I found there has a very bad customer relationship,I stood by the counter waiting for her to attend to me But she just looked at us & continued cleaning the dishes without saying a word for while & another customer joined me still she didn't come to the counter after a while that's when she spoke from where she was at the sink that nothing has been prepared yet, now I wondered what it was the drinks that I wanted? She couldn't sell because food wasn't ready? Going there for the first time I was very disappointed!

After eating sharwama, I got sick diarrhea almost three times. From riverside branch. And Broadway branch. I don't know what could be the cause of diarrhea after consuming the sharwama.
