Located in one of the busiest upmarket shopping areas of Harare, Indima Cafe stands out as an inclave of paradise amidst the bustling environment. It has both in and out sitting areas and the smell of a hot brewing coffee is a great welcome sign. Even though it's not always common to have high seats in a cafe, the ambiance of the place makes the two high tables with two seats look elegant. The simple bit classy decoration of the place does make statement of the owners classy taste and her creative mind. Service is excellent as there is a hands-on management on sight. However, an all-male staff usually affects service efficiency and attention to detail. The manager was pleasant to talk to and her eagerness to ensure service and products are up to standard was very encouraging and a clear sign that the business will keep growing. If you happen to pass by Avondale Shopping Centre, Indima Cafe is a must to stop by to catch good coffee and some light food.

This place is such an underrated gem tucked away in the hustle and bustle of Avondale Vera Mall. Indima Coffee Shop offers something my friends and I have found missing in so many hospitality spots in Harare: genuine, thoughtful service. It’s a full 5 stars for customer service. I wasn’t happy with my first coffee, and Bianca happily offered to make me a fresh one without hesitation. My sandwich was made with fresh ingredients and toasted to perfection. If you ever find yourself in Avondale, Indima Coffee Shop is a must try. Thank you for the wonderful experience on a rainy, miserable Harare day you truly brightened it up.
