English ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This was, without question, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in Yerevan. I have been a loyal customer of Black Angus since the day it opened, but after tonight, I will never return. The experience started the moment we walked in. My wife and I were seated and completely ignored. We waited for a server while multiple employees walked past our table without even acknowledging us. Eventually, I had to call a waiter myself. To make matters worse, several customers who arrived after us were greeted, served, and had their orders taken before ours. We ordered: * Double Cheeseburger + fries + water * Creamy Avocado Burger + fries + water After waiting nearly an hour, my wife’s meal arrived correctly, but mine was completely wrong. Instead of the Double Cheeseburger I ordered and paid for, I received a different burger with two beef patties and no cheese between them. Burgers are excellent. Meat is great. Service is so so. I didn't like that they didn't add ice to my cola and kept the fresh burger served wrapped. When wrapped it allows sog and insinuates a to go order. If your eating at the location then it should be served with presentation.
