I had a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow — I waited far longer than expected for my order, even though it wasn’t a particularly busy time. To make matters worse, instead of being served my food on a plate for dine-in as I intended, it was in takeaway containers without asking me. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. They showed little concern for the delay or the mix-up, and their attitude came across as careless. It felt like customer service wasn't a priority at all.

Wonderful experience visiting schnitz in Bendigo today, the young man taking our order Cale was not only a delight to deal with but was happy to explain the menu and was patient with me dealing with my 2 crazy kids at the counter. Schnitz Bendigo should be very happy with the level of customer service all the team had today. Food was perfect, nice and tasty. Definitely be back!
