Came in for a coffee after last week’s disappointment from a ‘Best Coffee in Canberra’ list and this place did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, the vibe from the staff is warm and welcoming. Busy Saturday morning but they handled it like pros. Coffee was amazing, prices reasonable, and overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Sadly have to downgrade my rating/review, my coffee order got lost on three separate occasions recently. Maybe I’m cursed? Food is still amazing and the coffee is good! Update 15/4/26 Ok objectively funny - make this the fourth time my coffee order has been lost. Thankfully, the coffee remains objectively good though.

Staff are lovely. However, if you are looking at getting a coffee they only have normal, skim, oat and almond milk options. Unfortunately not helpful for those of us who may have intolerances or allergies (specifically lactose intolerant, celiac & histamine sensitivity). I was hoping after months of being open that they may have introduced lactose free milk by now, as I had visited last year. Seems to still not be the case. Hoping they introduce lactose free milk in the future, because it seems like a very lovely cafe, with a nice atmosphere.

A menu that caters for a light savoury breakfast really well. Smoked Corn Beef hash on two pieces of toast, mustard & pickles. Magnificent. Add great coffee, speedy friendly service, and a supporter of other local producers, all make this a really great cafe
