I visited this salon for a spa pedicure advertised for $55, expecting a relaxing experience that included a proper foot massage. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. The technician did my nails but didn’t actually massage my feet — she only applied some lotion briefly and rinsed it off. When I asked her to scrub my heels more, she said they were cracked and couldn’t be scrubbed, which was disappointing. I asked to speak with the manager. After waiting and explaining the situation, I was offered two options: pay the full $55 and come back another day for a complimentary redo, or pay $40

Had such a great experience at this nail salon! The location was really convenient and easy to get to, which made everything so much easier. The staff were all so lovely, friendly, and made me feel comfortable straight away. The salon itself was very clean, cozy, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out, the results were even better than I expected and I’m honestly very satisfied. You can really tell they care about their work and their customers. Definitely one of the nicest salon experiences I’ve had and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
