Love this place! We make the trip here every 6 weeks or so, and the food never disappoints. Easily the best Filipino food on the Central Coast, and their Ube Creaming Soda is an absolute must-try! If you’ve never had Filipino food before, this is the perfect place to start. Their bistek tastes exactly like home, and it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back for more. 🩷 I once spoke to one of the chefs when they first opened requesting to add sizzling sisig as it only makes sense to have with beer. Went here last night and saw it’s on their menu now! Highly recommend if you’re cravin

Drove from western sydney to central coast to try this brewery. Interesting brews they have in the counter. Loved it! Light and crisp beers. For the food we enjoyed the crispy pata, beef, chicken and liver pate. The lumpia wrapping is too thick for my liking (filipino lumpia can be wrapped anyhow the makers want it* no hate here) overall nice trip and will side trip again for the beers 🍺

Got there at 11:30, was told we can’t order until 12pm. That’s fine. We were 2nd to order and waited over 40 minutes for loaded fries & a “smash burger”? The food is plain & tasteless. The pork loaded fries are full of gross fatty bits with no crackling. A smash burger is supposed to be THIN and SMASHED. This came with 2 fat patties, never returning. What a shame as we came months ago and it was lovely but they removed the salad that was beautiful. What a joke of a place.

This seems to be a very hip & happening place!! Not where you go for a romantic date night. Luckily we weren't there for a romantic date night. We tried wonderful beers that they brew on the premises & all the food we ordered was absolutely delicious!! This place has very reasonable prices! The staff are all very friendly and efficient! Great job Six String Brewing!!
