So far, this is the most incredible service I’ve experienced in Melbourne. The warm welcome and genuine smiles from all the waitresses truly brightened my day. Sitting in this heritage romantic coffee house felt like traveling to Europe. The tea ware and finger foods were beautifully presented with great attention to detail. It would be even more appreciated if vegan options were available. Highly recommended 👍

The atmosphere is beautiful - architecture and general vibe is really enjoyable. The food served at high tea is delicious and is paired with beautiful serving plates and tea cups. Each individual and lovely to admire. Food came out promptly and staff were attentive during our time. However - we were four adults looking to eat and catch up. However at the hour mark they were offering takeaway boxes to move us along, 10 minutes later we were told they needed our table in 20 minutes. Then we were again told we needed to leave in 10 minutes. At no point we were told that we had a set time frame -

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with afternoon tea at Collins Coffee House. The historic building and eclectic seating add to the atmosphere and the food was lovely. There was an interesting variety of savouries and sweets even with their gluten free items which I required, and the service was attentive. It was a delightful experience.
