Just purchased ice cream for myself and my husband to take back to motel room to eat. He ordered 2 scoops in cup and I ordered one. Upon returning to room we discovered one of his scoops namely rum and raisin had not been added to cup. In returning back to store, assistant insisted that she had provided both in his cup. Called over Manager who is not very good at her job. What happened to the customer always being right. I think we would recognise rum and raisins in our ice cream. We are talking one very small scoop of ice cream in a very very small cup that cost $8.60. This is Australia peop

Great place for everyone best Ice Cream 🍨🍦 around not expensive either worth the money, I got a large tub 3 different flavours for $10,got strawberry 🍓 and cream, Berry 🫐🍓 and Turkish delight that was the best deffiently go back and I highly recommend this place great views while eating your Ice Cream 🍨 Plenty of seating outside as well

Hiiighly recommended 🤩 Juliette’s have the most amazing freshly baked/made cakes slices and desserts 🤩 We were in Townsville for a month and worked our way through most of them, so many different ones because they change them up virtually every day! Oh and did I mentioned their lovely friendly team members, divine gelato and awesome coffee… We switched between their Cafe and Gelateria for gelato as they have different flavours. We can’t wait to get back to Townsville to experience the love again, thank you Juliette’s 😍

We ride to Juliette’s on the push bikes from Belgian Gardens . The ride is 100% on concrete pathways. Coffee and service are always great. Overseas staff really know about service . The ham and cheese croissants are made with real leg ham and quality cheese . Their gelato is the best and it’s served generously.
