I placed my order at 8:11 pm, and it did not arrive until 9:40 pm. I ordered nachos, enchiladas, and chips, and by the time the food arrived, everything was cold and soggy. I contacted the delivery driver at 9:15 pm, and he informed me that he needed to deliver another order before mine. Even after waiting an additional 15 minutes, the order still had not arrived. When the food finally arrived, the delivery bag was damaged due to drinks spilling inside. The chips were cold and soggy, the nachos were completely unenjoyable, and the guacamole was black, clearly affected by the excessive delay.

Got ignored by Indian old man on the coffee machine as i’m walking in even tho he was giving an intense look anyway. on his phone has didn’t serve until i stood closer and looked. and the food is horrible and cold. $10.50 for a mini bowl and no beans is expensive and they didn’t even bother to make it look presentable. even was talking to his friend while holding my food in his hand. rude and unprofessional

Located near Perth Station, Guzman y Gomez Northbridge is a Mexican fast-food restaurant that brings back great memories for me. When I lived in Sydney for a few months in 2014, I often visited Guzman y Gomez — I’ve always loved Mexican food, especially their nachos. When I found one again here in Perth after so many years, I thought, “I have to go!” I ordered my usual nachos, and it tasted just as good as I remembered.
