I was just in on my way home from work and just want to say thank you to everyone who is on tonight. I requested extra big mac sauce and received a Burger box full of big mac sauce. You made my night, there's nothing worse than paying extra and receiving a tiny amount in a sauce container, but this was not the case and I'm very appreciative of your efforts.

So we went to mcdonalds drive thru wednesday night approx 11.30pm After waiting approx 15min in drive thru we finally got to the order window. The staff member told us "the computers were all down and no orders were being taken." No alternative was given. After waiting another 5min at the order window. I asked why isnt there a staff member outside letting people know not to park or line up to drive thru if they wont be served.. they said "we are understaffed as it is"... Absolutely filthy. Tables not cleaned, floors a mess. And I do not blame the staff , as they are working their butts off. I blame the managers for not having more staff.
