We found the place to be fairly clean. Toilet was also clean. Food was ready in approx 10m which is okay. Drive through was busier which is understandable. KFC def upped their game. Those complaining, did they realise it is their duty to clean up after finishing.

After a long and exhausting 14-hour day at work, I was served by some truly lovely team members. Zahn at the drive-through, Sean at the pick-up counter, and Salah who kindly checked in to make sure everything was okay — all went above and beyond. Working in retail and the food industry is not for the weak, and I really respect the way this team handled things even when options were limited near closing time. Came thru the drive thru and you could feel the great energy. Not only that, really helpful with our order. When we asked for only thighs and drumsticks, she wasnt rude or dismissive, just polite and honest. We wanted to leave this review because she is the best drive thru service we have had here in a loooong time. She is Ruqiyah, from the Riverdale KFC. We will be back, and we hope we get her energy and aura again 10/10 ! Had to wait 15 min behind a car in the drive through for him to get a small box. I ordered a popcorn chicken to go bucket to get just over half full . I at least go here 3 times a week on way yo work and never have i Had a bucket so empty. It usually falls out when u open the lid. Very sad service
