Michelin rated and multiple recommendations including hotel concierge for upscale Japanese-Peruvian fusion dining. Excellent service and outstanding dishes, each one equally a hit. Great cocktails & summer wines, excellent food in contrast to the heavy schnitzels and sausages classic to Austria. The sushi was surprisingly fresh and well prepared as I was initially skeptical of a landlocked country like Austria. The foie gras on crispy rice was awesome and it literally was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Has been here over ten years and Michelin rated as well.

First of all, my first impression was not good at all. The service seriously lacks professionalism🌸 As for the sushi, I was expecting something much better🌱 It’s not bad, but it’s definitely not good for the price they charge 🙏I expected much higher quality🍀 The service also didn’t match the price or the place. The guy working there really needs to improve how he deals with customers. Honestly, the only good thing about this experience was the cook 🌱 the food he prepared was good and delicious

Watered down pisco sour under huge amount of cinnamon. Chewy and soggy rice instead of crispy. Everything drowning in sauce with artificial flavors. Zero flavor of main ingredients. Overcooked and soggy pork belly. Crème brûlée with raspberry sauce instead of advertised foam. Wannabe place. Once in a lifetime experience unless you want to repeat the mistake

The food here is absolutely incredible. Every dish is packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and cooked to perfection. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every recipe. Everything I tried was outstanding. This is the kind of place that makes you look forward to the next bite.
