This is, by far, the best food we've had in Wien, during our short holiday. We've had some mixed grill, tiramisu, and wienner schnitzel with potato salad. Super tasty, great prices, splendid service! We will definitely revisit!

We came to Wolfsbergers Gastwirtschaft around 18:00 after seeing it was one of the top-rated spots in this part of the 16th district. Having just spent the entire day building furniture while helping my friend move into her new apartment, we were starving and very much looking forward to sitting in the beautiful courtyard outside. Conveniently, there were plenty of open tables. Or so we foolishly thought. After standing around awkwardly in the garden area for what felt like an eternity being ignored, the hostess finally informed us there were “no tables available” because they were reserved.

Very good Austrian cuisine. We had, among others, the fried liver and the Blunzn. The dishes were prepared to perfection, and the restaurant has a nice old Viennese vibe. The courtyard garden is charming, but make sure to reserve a table if you want to dine outside.
