Motto am Fluss has such a beautiful atmosphere, especially if you go around sunset. The view over the water, the nice breeze, and the overall setting make it feel really special. 🌅 The food was great too. I had the fish and chips, which were very tasty and a good portion. For the location, the prices were also fair. I’d definitely recommend booking a table in advance, especially if you want to sit outside. Overall, a lovely spot for good food and a relaxed evening by the river. ✨ The staff was a big unfriendly.

I came here with my husband for our wedding anniversary our host gave us a nice spot with a view. We ordered the Frittatensuppe and Spargelsuppe to start, schnitzel and trout for the main and fondant (lava cake) for dessert. Food was a 3 for the fish and a 4-5 for the Schnitzel, 5 for dessert. My main complaint about the fish was that the chowder it was served with had slightly undercooked potato cubes in it. I also expected the skin to be crispy, but it wasn't. The food was very good. I had the octopus, which was perfectly cooked, tender and not chewy at all. We also tried the appetizer platter, which was diverse and great for two people, including tuna carpaccio, beef tartare, and other tasty bites. The atmosphere is nice and fairly quiet, with a beautiful view of the Danube.
