My wife and I had a fantastic meal tonight at Patrick Devos 5 Star restaurant…… the seasoning and flavors were unbelievable…. We had the 6 course tasting menu and each dish was superb!!! The service was also fantastic as Patrick’s lovely wife was leading the service end of the meal. We highly recommend that you add this 5 star restaurant to your list when staying in Bruges….. we met chef Patrick on our way out of the restaurant…… family owned restaurant and a lovely spot with the absolute best farm to table food….. thanks so much!!! AMAZING dinner experience. We did the 6 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. I have eaten at 3 Michelin Star restaurants. This definitely rates the same kind of quality. The wine pairing was amazing. I spoke with the sommelier and was amazed to learn that he decides on the wine pairing first. The chef and his staff then take a week to create a menu that compliments the wines selected. One do the whites we had - I was disappointed when I tried it before the food came. When the food arrived and I re-tried… I it was such a perfect match - we were truly amazed. Best meal in Brugge hands dow

I had the 4 course meal w/ wine pairing and had an absolutely wonderful meal. Bruijn and Kristine (sp?) were such observant and caring hosts, and I’m glad I could spend the evening at Restaurant Patrick Devos. Would highly, highly recommend eating here! I actually loved the vegetables more than the proteins which accompanied them (not to say that the duck or fish was done poorly at all!)

An amazing meal and experience. My partner is vegan and we were so impressed by the creativity, use of color and ingredients in the vegan tasting menu. Like eating a work of art. There was also a non-vegan menu that we didn’t have, but can only assume it’s spectacular as well. Not to be missed if you enjoy eating out. A treat.
