A really nice and cosy restaurant with lovely food and service-minded staff. We were seven persons and told to order maximum four different courses which was not a problem since we all wanted two different (filet pur and steak pur) and one vegetarian. The meat was perfect and the croquettes lovely as well as the side salad. The finishing creme brulé was impressive and simply fantastic! We were all very content and happy with our evening. Lovely Bar & Brasserie at the Grand Place in Leuven with a very special and beautiful interior and a cozy terrace with view on the city hall. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offer a wide range of mocktails and cocktails and if you want to have a special but small dessert I highly recommend the "sweet treat Louis", 3 yummy mini sweets.

We had dinner at this cozy restaurant. The atmosphere was great and they had heaters outside so you could easily enjoy even during a cold evening! The food was nice but quite expensive! I had the shrimp croquettes that were full of flavour and had actual shrimps inside. For a main I ordered the beef tartare which had a great texture but was a bit bland! The waitresses were very friendly but it took a long time to get the food out.

Very disappointing experience with Louis Bar Leuven. One of my housemates saw a car branded with this bar logo dumping multiple unsorted garbage in our private waste area without using proper city-approved bags. When confronted, the individuals denied it despite being seen doing it. As I found later, they tried to hide the bags instead of removing them. (See the pictures of delivery checks). Due to their illegal damping we, the residence of the building, have issues with our facility management company that refuses to serve the garbage collection.
