Pablo Mendelssohn★Unfortunately, our visit here was an absolute disappointment and marked by extremely poor customer service. We ordered our main courses: a salad for me (since I am a vegetarian) and two portions of meatballs for my companions. However, we were suddenly served three meat dishes. When we politely pointed out that we had only ordered two meat dishes—which is entirely logical since I follow a strict vegetarian diet and would never order meat—we were accused of having ordered the third portion anyway. A major issue in this situation was the language barrier: Unfortunately, the staff's level of Engl
Lena N★Very disappointing experience. We wanted to eat lunch with 4 persons, but were not super hungry, so two of us only ordered a salad. The waiter let us know immediately, that it's not possible to eat there, if not each of us orders a real main dish. We thought we might have misunderstood, as we already had ordered drinks so the restaurant would still earn a fair deal of money on us. But the waiter came back quickly with the cook, who angryly said "It is MY restaurant, so I decide!!! Either you each get a main dish or you can go!" So we left. L★It's not possible to order 3 Plates if your are there with 4 people. So if one of you isn't hungry, and only wants a drink, or a small salad, that's not possible. The chef cook and male personnel are very rude about it, too. The only friendly person is the lady working there. There is no hint, nowhere on the menu, or anywhere else, saying that you cannot order less plates than persons. If we had known that beforehand we wouldn't have ordered drinks. Quite sad, as the food at least looked good. High prices though.
sam murari★★★★★Delicious meatballs with fries and Belgium beer.
