Feels like you can't eat out anywhere anymore without getting ripped off. Ordered a Large and a Medium pizza. Two different size boxes, same size pizza. Don't bother getting larges, it's just a medium in a large box. Maybe a half inch larger.....

The new menu additions this year are definitely worth trying. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements compared to my previous visits. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service throughout. One thing that really stood out was the quality of the dough, it tasted much fresher and had a better texture than I remember from before. It's great to see positive changes being made. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I'd definitely recommend giving Panago a try.

Pizzas not ready when I arrived at the time indicated online. They kept thinking my order was someone else’s. By the time the got my order right and I got it home it was cold and chewy. The inside of the store was chaos. Need someone running orders and managing payment consistently.

⚠️Atrocious atmosphere on the inside and I've gotten food poisoning from this place as a result. No concept of hygiene! Smelled Atrocious when I walked in and I should have taken it as a warning ⚠️ As someone who enjoys panago regularly, what a terrible experience.
